Infantry Division Soldier Training
Technician Fourth Grade:
Succesful Completion of the T/4 Test, a Minimum of 2 Years in the Grade of  T/5 with a  Specialty Skill and a Position Availible.

A requirement for all T/4 Candidates is to familiarize themselves with WWII Manuals pertaining to their occupational specialty, organizational and Specialty Training. Master Knowledge of Individual Specialty.

Tests are given in three Phases,
Phase-1, The historical fact relating to the nessesity of the skill from periods 1942-45.
Phase-2, Military Drill & Ceremony. ( Mastered)
Phase-3, Technical Knowledge of Equipment and Job Specialty ( Mastered ),   Q&A Given by NCO Committee

Example:
1. Priority of the Occupational specialty, Origin of Specialty.
2. Perform Vehicle Operation, Driving Skill's and Abilities and course etc...
3. Perform Weapons Operation, Assembly / Disassembly and guidence to others  etc...
4. Communications Operation, etc...

. January Training Event's:
Testing for Corporal available for qualified Troops.

. April Training Event's:
Testing for Sergeant (Assistant Squad Leader/ 1944 TO&E) Testing for Sergeant available for qualified Troops.

C
. July Training Event's:
Testing for Staff Sergeant (Squad Leader / 1944 TO&E) Testing for Staff Sergeant Available for qualified Troops.

D
. October Training Event's:
Testing for Private First Class, Required for all Privates with a minimum of 365 days in the Yankee Division Historical Re-enactment Group.

:
The availability of Grades and Ranks within the Historical Re-Enactment Group is ultimately up to the unit Commander's.  Positions will be filled by the direction of the Unit Commander's.
